I certainly didn't 4 years ago as an experienced dietitian with undiagnosed ADHD! But oh how my life could have been so much easier!

I had so many questions, but couldn't find any of the answers... so I had to figure it out myself.
As a Dietitian I went straight to the studies, I started researching and reading...
What I discovered shocked me and led to a series of life changing revelations.
First, there wasn't any information connecting ADHD and diet aside from what foods to avoid which didn't even touch the surface of our problems... and actually added to our challenges.
Then, and even more frustrating was the realization that diet culture was actually the root cause of all of our eating challenges... mentally, physically, and emotionally.
I and the entire ADHD world has been failed for generations by diet culture, weight-loss products, and giant holes in healthcare education.
